Como becario/a en Becario/a de Gestión y Administración de Instalaciones, tendrás tres funciones principales: apoyar y supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, colaborar en el cierre y reacondicionamiento de tiendas, y asegurar que todos nuestros espacios para las marcas de PVH (corners SIS, oficinas y showrooms) estén en condiciones impecables y actualizadas.
¿Qué implicará el puesto?
Apoyar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de todas las propiedades de la empresa (tiendas, oficinas, corners y showrooms) mediante el sistema GMAO.
Supervisar y apoyar todos los aspectos del mantenimiento de instalaciones, colaborando estrechamente con proveedores y asegurando que las reparaciones, renovaciones e inspecciones de seguridad estén al día.
Apoyar la gestión diaria de relaciones con proveedores y contratos para garantizar un servicio de calidad.
Apoyar la gestión de proyectos para cierres de tiendas y pequeños reacondicionamientos, asistiendo en el presupuesto, reubicación, selección y eliminación de elementos de la tienda.
Colaborar estrechamente con varios departamentos para atender necesidades relacionadas con las instalaciones y apoyar los objetivos del negocio.

El proyecto
Como Becario/a de Nómina y Administración, apoyarás al equipo de Nómina en la gestión de datos de empleados, el procesamiento de información para la nómina y la comunicación con organismos públicos. Obtendrás experiencia práctica con herramientas como SAP y SuccessFactors en un entorno dinámico de RR. HH.
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en la gestión del ciclo de vida del empleado: altas, bajas y modificaciones en la Seguridad Social
Colaborar en el mantenimiento y actualización de datos de empleados en los sistemas internos (SAP, SuccessFactors)
Comunicar variaciones y asuntos laborales a organismos públicos
Ayudar en el cálculo de variables salariales, impuestos y cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social
Participar en el proceso mensual de nómina, incluyendo cálculos, revisiones y validaciones finales

As a Payroll and Administration Intern, you will support the Payroll team in managing employee records, processing payroll data, and coordinating with public institutions. You'll gain practical experience with tools like SAP and SuccessFactors in a fast-paced HR environment.
What will the role entail?
Support employee lifecycle management: new hires, terminations, and changes in Social Security records
Assist in maintaining and updating employee data in internal ERPs (SAP, SuccessFactors)
Communicate with public institutions regarding labor-related matters and regulatory changes
Help calculate payroll variables, employee taxes, and social security contributions
Collaborate in the monthly payroll process, including calculations, cross-checks, and final review
