Director of Hospitality
Position Overview
We are seeking to incorporate a Director of Hospitality to lead the design, coordination, and execution of high-level hospitality experiences at our winery. Their mission will be to ensure that every visit flawlessly conveys our brand values, becoming a strategic tool for positioning, loyalty building, and cultivating key relationships with clients and guests.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Lead the hospitality strategy aligned with the brand’s positioning:
Define and oversee quality standards for guest service.
Manage pre- and post-visit communication to ensure a personalized and brand-consistent experience.
Collaborate with key departments (marketing, sales, winemaking, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of visits.
Ensure an exceptional hospitality experience:
Drive continuous improvement in the visit program:
Develop commercial initiatives around hospitality:
Design and promote private and exclusive visit experiences for wine collectors and luxury audiences.
Position hospitality as a driver for lead generation, brand loyalty, and business development.
Organize strategic and institutional events at the winery:
Curate unique experiences around product launches, celebrations, and corporate events.
Coordinate execution with external providers and partners.
Minimum of 3 or 4 years’ experience in senior roles in hospitality, protocol, public relations, or event management.
Proficient in CRM systems and relational data management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in public speaking.
Strong knowledge of protocol, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
Leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage with high-profile stakeholders.
Strategic vision, initiative, and autonomy.
High level of Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
Proficient in office and design tools (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign).
University degree in protocol, public relations, tourism, hospitality management, or similar.
Knowledge of viticulture, oenology, and wine culture will be highly valued.
