We are looking for a person like you, willing to move to Berlin to be a cook in our hotel, responsible and dynamic people. You will have breakfast and lunch included and accommodation for the beginning (the first 3 months).

What will you be responsible for?

- Control of the menu: portions, mise en place, cleaning of the different kitchen elements and work areas.

- Management of kitchen orders: suppliers and verification of merchandise and inventories.

- Training, supervision and motivation.

- Compliance with standards and hygiene.

- Control and development of the operations of the different points of sale (events, snack bar, room service, etc.)
