We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee our UK training function. As the UK’s primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and the wider METs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of training courses. Working as part of an international team, helping to facilitate the deployment of training around the globe.

As a Project manager, you will be provided with tailored training on our internal interactive platform, where you will learn step by step all the stages of PM's work within CT.

From the very beginning, you will start working with our METs team on this project. The team consists of PM’s from each of the corresponding countries, as well as the Contract Manager for the overall project. All of which will be able to help and mentor, should you need any information, guidance, or have any questions relating to the project.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the METs training requirements for the UK, ensuring timely delivery
* Provide support to the learning team, handling administration and addressing queries
* Manage training requests from procurement
* Facilitate communication and information exchange among Business Unit Project Managers involved in METs
* Maintain a detailed METs course tracking document for all UK activities
* Attend weekly team meetings and handle ad hoc administrative tasks
* Produce biweekly updates for internal meetings, addressing any concerns


Additional Responsibilities:

* Develop internal training documentation for external processes and internal use
* Ensure compliance with training contracts and regulatory requirements
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all training providers
* Actively look at ways to grow our resource pool externally or internally
* Regularly monthly report updates to the Country Manager (UK), highlighting any long-term concerns

Requisitos mínimos

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1-C2 level of English)
* Strong customer service background
* Proficiency in IT office tools (Office 365)
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Methodical and organized approach
* Enthusiastic team player
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
