Responsibilities
- Maintaining Group’s privacy framework in region (Spain & Portugal) of your authority;
- Keeping record of processing activities up to date;
- Reviewing data processing agreements;
- Assessing potential and current vendors who will act as a processors of AmRest;
- Ensuring privacy by default and design are followed by project managers, as well as ensuring regular periodic reviews take place;
- Responding on privacy requests from regulatory bodies and/or data subjects;
- Managing personal data breaches and providing relevant assistance to affected units and data subjects;
- Reviewing on regular basis internal policies, standards, procedures and other documentation applicable to area of data protection;
- Cooperating with multi-level internal stakeholders and business partners across the organization to ensure proper GDPR management and processes execution;
- Providing support for international projects, where required;
- Communicating with and educating staff members about privacy requirements
Requirements for Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a position of the implementation and/or managing privacy in a corporate international environment;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Diligence and attention to details;
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients;
- Knowledge of the OneTrust modules as well as Information Security experience will be an advantage.
