Responsibilities
- Creating, negotiating and executing contracts with various terms and conditions, aligned with the scope of activities. This person will be in charge of Western Europe scope.
- Ensuring contracts comply with regulatory guidelines and statutory provisions.
- Drafting and creating standard contracts for AmRest's dealings with external and internal partners.
- Helping the business owners in negotiating Supply Chain contracts.
- Proposing innovative and up-to-date solutions.
- Overseeing and offering support to several markets and collaborating also with the local teams in the local markets
Requirements for Candidate
- Law studies and procurement/suplly chain background
- 3-4 years of experience preferably in an international company.
- Very high level of English, any other language is a plus.
- Autonomy, proactivity and open-mindedness.
