AmRest is one of the largest independent international restaurant operators. In Spain we manage our own brands, La Tagliatella and Sushi Shop, and franchises such as KFC.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a center for geospatial analytics in Spain & Portugal region
- Delivers location intelligence services in the region
- Defines specific trade zones for new stores and prioritize them.
- Supports growth of the franchised business for AmRest brands in the region.
- Evaluates new potential locations to ensure new openings deliver on Capex expectations.
- Prepares professional site assessments and turnover estimations in order to secure profitability of the further AmRest expansion.
- Prepares post-opening analyses in order to identify key learnings for future expansion.
Requirements for Candidate
- Experience in similar functions.
- Knowledge of the following GIS platforms, such as GEOBLINK, ArcGIS, CARTO.
- High communicative knowledge of English both written and spoken (min.B2/C1)
- Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Creativity, unconventional thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills.
- Previous experience in the gastronomy industry will be considered as additional advantage.
- Knowledge of programming is an advantage.
