We’re looking for a Microsoft Copilot Engineer/Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem. ?? What You’ll Do

You’ll join a forward-thinking technology team where innovation is valued and collaboration is key. Your role will focus on creating AI copilots that seamlessly integrate into everyday tools like Teams, Outlook, and Word—enhancing productivity across the enterprise.

?? Your Responsibilities

1. Copilot Studio Development

• Proven experience building AI assistants and conversational flows using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
  
• Skilled in creating/managing topics, trigger phrases, conditions, and variables.
  
• Integration of Power Automate flows, custom APIs, and plugins into copilots.
  
• Deploy copilots across channels like Microsoft Teams, web, and Power Pages.
  

2. Microsoft 365 Copilot Platform

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  
• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for enterprise data access.
  
• Familiarity with Copilot extensibility, embedding logic and data into AI workflows.
  
• Bonus: Knowledge of Microsoft Syntex, Loop, or SharePoint Premium AI features.
  

3. Power Platform & Integration

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  
• Comfortable building end-to-end business workflows across Power Platform.
  
• Able to work with REST APIs and external services for enhanced capabilities.
  

4. AI & LLM Concepts

• Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt design, and NLP principles.
  
• Awareness of how AI-generated content interacts with structured enterprise data.
  
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, data governance, and security practices.
  

5. UI/UX for Conversational AI

• Ability to design user-friendly conversational experiences.
  
• Use of rich elements (e.g., adaptive cards, buttons, tooltips) to improve flow.
  
• Build logic for clarity, feedback, and human escalation paths.
  

6. Continuous Learning & Microsoft Ecosystem Fluency

• Passion for staying current with Copilot innovations.
  
• Active engagement with Microsoft Learn, Tech Community, and new feature previews.
  
• Willingness to experiment and co-create AI solutions with stakeholders.
  

7. Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with business analysts, IT, and end users to gather and refine requirements.
  
• Experience in Agile teams and iterative development cycles.
  
• Strong documentation, communication, and demo presentation skills.
  

????? Your Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in IT.
  
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365 Copilot.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s is a plus).
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
