We are collaborating with a technology BPO business to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Care Specialist for their office in Thessaloniki, Greece.


Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers of an e-commerce platform using various communication channels (telephone, email, chat).

  • Identify and resolve client issues, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and guide customers within set time limits.

  • Check and moderate the quality of platform content.

  • Follow protocols, cheat sheets, and guides provided during training to ensure consistency.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support services.

  • Recognize when to escalate issues to other departments for resolution.

  • Collaborate with other agents or teams to handle complex cases.

  • Document actions and resolutions in a CRM system with attention to detail.

Requirements:



  • Italian proficiency (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication. Fluent in English (B2 level).

  • Accurate, efficient, and respectful communication style.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven customer service experience (email and phone support preferred).

  • A calm, resourceful, and stress-resilient personality with adaptability in dynamic situations.

  • Social media savvy with familiarity in modern platforms.

  • Proficient in PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
