In collaboration, we are working with a leading B2B solution provider looking to recruit a Games Presenter Team Manager for their Gaming Studios in Bogotá, Colombia.

Position: Games Presenter Team Manager

Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to staff through coaching and mentoring.
  


• Oversee and manage staff in line with company policies, including supervision, absence management, and disciplinary matters.


• Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting clear communication and holding regular team meetings.


• Assess individual and team learning needs and collaborate with the learning and development team to create training plans.


• Support learning and development initiatives to align with company goals and targets.


• Ensure all services align with the company’s core values, policies, procedures, and KPIs.
  

Requirements

• 
  Advanced English proficiency (B2+), both written and spoken.


• 
  At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


• A degree or qualification in Management is an advantage.


• Prior experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.


• Proficiency in PC usage and Office 365 applications.
  


• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and conflict resolution skills.
  


• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
