MCC Senior Engineer - IRIS2

Hispasat, as part of the SpaceRISE consortium, is responsible for the technical implementation and ensuring the success of the IRIS² project, leveraging its extensive experience in satellite communications. This collaboration is essential to provide secure and reliable high-performance communication solutions to the European Union and its member states. To be part of this project, we are looking for MCC Senior Engineer a whose responsibilities will be as follows: * Concept, design, development and technical procurement of Mission Control Centers and its adaptation for governmental and commercial applications. * Conduct and follow-up conceptual design activities in the area of mission control center systems engineering, including but not limited to requirement, interface, data and management data flow within the ground segment as well as Payload interfaces. * Establishment of requirement for mission control center hardware (HW) and software (SW) items and their interfaces to other ground segment entities, e.g. gateways, satellite control center, networks incl. IT infrastructure as well as data centers. * Elaboration of system trade-offs in the area of mission control center systems engineering and support the overall architecture definition. * Requirements engineering with DOORS/JAMA in the area of the mission and payload control centers and lower levels. * In the frame of procurement activities, follow-up the development and acceptance phase from the Request For Proposal (RFP) up to the final acceptance of the Mission Control Centers. * After acceptance, follow up the integration of Mission Control Centers into the Ground Segment until it is delivery to the E2E IVV team. * Elaboration of verification and validation concept at mission control center level and support of relevant tests at higher level. * Elaboration of the operations concept as well as preparation of operational requirements and operational procedures for the Mission Control Center. * During operational phase, being technical point of contact for any anomalies that might occur and support the technical resolution of the issues.

To be part of this project, we are looking for a Ground Technical Lead Manager, whose responsibilities will be as follows: * Lead technical systems matters. * Coordinate system engineering activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors. * Lead coordination between project teams with consortium partners, subcontractors, and customers to ensure adequate and efficient contribution/review to all high-level deliverables, follow-up of actions, and participation in meetings. * Lead the production by the team of all technical deliverables of the project. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables. * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. * Responsible for the delivery of the technical outputs of the assigned projects.

En dependencia jerárquica y funcional del Head of General Services, la persona seleccionada desarrollará, entre otras, las siguientes actividades: * Gestión de los servicios generales del Grupo y su coordinación con las diferentes geografías en las HISPASAT tiene presencia. * Gestión, seguimiento y control de los contratos de servicios. Control y gestión de proveedores (contratas, limpieza, jardinería, vending, reprografía, catering, suministros, etc). * Supervisión del trabajo de los proveedores del área asegurándose de que cumplen con los acuerdos establecidos para la prestación de los servicios contratados y los estándares de calidad exigidos por el Grupo en su ámbito de responsabilidad. * Contacto con proveedores y resolución de incidencias y consultas recibidas de los clientes internos respecto a los servicios contratados. * Gestión de la telefonía y el parque de terminales móviles. Gestión del material de oficina y suministros. Apoyo en la gestión de viajes de empresa, parking , visitas, reserva de salas, etc * Gestión de flota de vehículos (gestión y negociación con proveedores, control de activos, gestión de tarjetas de combustible, gestión de multas, etc.). * Gestión de proveedores para compra de material de oficina y demás suministros. * Coordinación de recepción y atención de visitas. Gestión y organización de salas de reuniones. * Gestión inventario físico. Gestión de solicitudes a través de las herramientas internas disponibles. Elaboración de informes de actividad y preparación de cuadros de mando para la monitorización del desempeño de los servicios generales dentro del Grupo. Seguimiento del gasto para control de presupuesto anual y la búsqueda de eficiencias. * Desarrollo de procedimientos asociados a los servicios generales prestados en las diferentes geografías en las que el Grupo está presente. Identificación de mejoras, simplificación, automatización y propuesta de digitalización de actividades. * Colaborar con el resto de áreas de la Dirección en los proyectos gestionados por esta, asegurándose que se cumplan los objetivos y metas establecidas. * Otras funciones administrativas derivadas de la posición que pudieran derivarse de las necesidades del Grupo relacionadas con Servicios corporativos.
