En esta especialización, desarrollamos estructuras poliméricas ligeras, fiables y silenciosas y predecimos su comportamiento mediante técnicas de digitalización.

La Persona se incorporará a la línea de investigación de digitalización enfocada principalmente en la modelización avanzada de materiales poliméricos y a la simulación estructural de piezas y de procesos de fabricación. La persona que se incorpore a esta línea de investigación tendrá la ocasión de trabajar en proyectos a nivel nacional e internacional que tienen como objetivo avanzar en la investigación y en el desarrollo de metodologías de digitalización que combinen la modelización y simulación por elementos finitos e inteligencia artificial de materiales poliméricos, colaborando en la gestión técnica y económica de proyectos de I+D+I internos y externos (financiación pública y/o privada), y en la identificación y búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades.

A researcher is required in the area of energy storage, capable of assisting in the development and implementation of multi-physics models for lithium ion and lithium metal batteries.

Qué harás

Buscamos una persona que teniendo un perfil de ingeniero/a de software y sistemas, tenga inquietud por la investigación orientada a facilitar el diseño y construcción de sistemas software complejos en menor tiempo, mayor seguridad y calidad durante todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo, desde los requisitos hasta el mantenimiento y operación.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Robotics and Automation Unit of Eurecat Technology Center (Barcelona) is looking for a highly motivated researcher to work in Autonomous Navigation for Ground Mobile Robots, with relevant experience in path planning and SLAM. The candidate will work with different challenges involving autonomous operations in agriculture, logistics, healthcare, advanced manufacturing and others. We are looking for candidates with good level of software development for robotics solutions (including ROS/ROS2), preferably with experience with robotics platforms and field experiments.

Overall, the robotics group is specialized in applied research and development on Service and Industrial Robotics. Our objective is to increase the level of robot autonomy and intelligence to enable more complex robotics behaviours. We focus on the following topics: aerial and terrestrial autonomous navigation, industrial robotics, manipulation, human-robot cooperation, perception, cognition, and robot behavior.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Formarás parte del grupo de Análisis de Datos y Gestión de la Información, dentro de la división de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en Ceit. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Robotics and Automation Unit of Eurecat Technology Center (Barcelona) is looking for a highly motivated Robotics engineer with special interest in applied R&D. This specific vacancy is seeking people with passion for robotics, software and artificial intelligence regardless the amount of experience and age.

We need candidates with good level of Software development for robotics solutions (including ROS) and a particular interest in specializing and developing a career in some of this research challenges (HRI, planning, learning, navigation, manipulation, perception, etc)

Our group is specialized in applied research and development on Service and Industrial Robotics. Our objective is to increase the level of robot autonomy and intelligence to enable more complex robotics behaviours. Our projects cover a wide range of robotics topics and sectors such as advanced manufacturing, field robotics (agriculture and others), logistics, healthcare, inspection and maintenance, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities will focus on the scientific contribution and technological developments including:

• Research and development of the projects
• Software development, validation and maintenance of good quality (product-oriented) applied research
• Participate in the definition and development of new concepts and robotic ideas
• Sporadic support/supervision to robot integration, field trials and robot maintenance
• Participate in scientific publications
• Support to project management to ensure proper project execution
• Establish and maintain contact with clients and partners in consortiums

  producidas por terceros en el ámbito nacional.
  - Supervisar y visar las homologaciones frente a los órganos competentes en materia de regulación

  - Asistir a las ferias y presentaciones de producto para poder evaluar, desde el punto de vista técnico,
  los productos adquiridos por el grupo.
  - Mantener la relación con proveedores y fabricantes relacionados con la compañía en el ámbito de la
  fabricación, distribución y obtención de componentes.
  - Presentar, liderar y dar continuidad interna de los proyectos en curso

The selected profile will take responsibility for…

• Participate in system architecture definition at early project phases of pure research projects with non-fixed requirements at project kick-off.
• Understand globally system requirements and system architecture to perform and appropriate software design.
