About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as a key technical and strategic resource in the presales process. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver tailored, high-impact AI solutions to some of the most sophisticated players in the financial world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing client-focused solutions, and articulating complex ideas with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on RavenPack’s data and Bigdata.com platform features, and technical implementations.

Collaborate with RavenPack’s global Product and Data Science teams to provide field insights and drive product innovation.
Support RFPs, security reviews, and technical documentation for enterprise procurement processes.
Stay informed on financial technology trends, AI/ML use cases, and sentiment analytics applications in the investment landscape.
Requirements
7 -10 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, or equivalent client-facing technical role.
Experience in enterprise search, NLP, ML demonstrating passion for technology
Working knowledge of financial markets
Strong hands-on experience with Python, R, or MATLAB — especially for developing Jupyter notebooks and client prototypes.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
