As they continue to scale, they are now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead reseller partnerships — particularly with those who have access to high-demand inventory.

Role Overview
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, building, and managing strategic partnerships with high-volume resellers. Your focus will be to expand product supply, grow the reseller network, and drive revenue through impactful relationship management and market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Reseller Partnerships – Identify and manage high-volume resellers, ensuring consistent access to authentic inventory
Inventory Strategy – Maintain a healthy supply of rare/luxury items and align sourcing with platform demand
Market Expansion – Unlock new customer segments and regional opportunities
Revenue Growth – Expand reseller participation and open new sales channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with internal departments to streamline efforts and execution
Negotiation & Contracts – Lead partnership deals and long-term agreements
Team Leadership – Mentor a growing BD team and guide performance strategy
Data-Driven Strategy – Use performance metrics and market insights to guide decisions and improve results
What We’re Looking For
Strong BD/Partnership experience in fashion, luxury, e-commerce, or resale
A proven network of trusted resellers with consistent access to high-demand items
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Knowledge of reseller operations and logistics
Proven ability to expand in new markets and hit revenue targets
People management experience
Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion culture is a big plus
