Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical assistance across Reception, Administration, Accounts, Consular, Information, and Cultural Sections, including handling correspondence, calls in Spanish and English, and general office tasks.
Maintain official records and files and assist in accounting-related work.
Coordinate with Spanish authorities and service providers.
Assist in managing visitors and overseeing tasks related to the Consul General¿s Residence.
Perform other duties as assigned, including weekend assignments if required.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and general IT/computer knowledge.
Must be proactive, a team player, and interculturally competent.
