A multinational company specializing in industrial and commercial chemical products is looking to add a Supply Planner to its team.
Main responsibilities include:
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor key Supply Chain KPIs (e.g., Service Level, Inventory, SLOBs).
Analyzing supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement in cost-efficiency and service level.
Supporting automation and simplification of data processes to reduce manual workload.
Applying advanced data processing tools and programming to enhance operations.
Translating mid-term production plans into executable short-term plans (from planned to firm orders).
Developing and reviewing detailed scheduling by line/technology, considering capacity, utilization, and timing.
Managing stock transfers up to the first decoupling point and supporting inventory allocation across markets based on business priorities.
Monitoring daily outputs vs. the weekly production plan and proposing corrective actions when needed.
Reviewing inventory policies, managing slow movers, and monitoring obsoletes.
Maintaining manufacturing constraints and providing inputs to the S&OE process.
Collaborating with Production Schedulers, Purchasing, and Material Planners to ensure alignment across operations.
Supporting and leading continuous improvement initiatives related to Planning performance.
Contract type: Permanent | Full-time (40 h/week, 9:00–18:00) (Hybrid/On-site)
Salary: €36,000 – €40,000 gross/year
