Purchasing and Sales Administrative with Advanced English.
A major company in Vilafranca del Penedès area is seeking an Administrative assistant for the Purchasing and Sales department with a high level of English.
Position Objective:
· Support the Purchasing and Sales team with administrative activities and indirect supplier management.
Main Responsibilities:
· Report price changes to the Finance Department on a monthly basis.
· Report monthly price changes to the Global Sales team.
· Update prices in the ERP system.
· Report late payment customers and support the Finance department with invoicing.
· Support the Logistics department with aftermarket spare parts management.
· Oversee and coordinate local indirect purchasing activities.
· Manage ERP tasks such as generating purchase orders, supplier configuration, etc.
· Manage approvals for aftermarket spare parts price changes at the regional level, as well as with headquarters.
Education: Advanced Degree in Administration or similar.
Languages: Fluent English (essential).
Microsoft Office (user level).
Contract: Temporary contract
Start Date: April 21st
End Date: February 2026 (tentative)
Finantial Package: Between €28,000 and €30,500, based on the candidate.
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 17:15 (1 hour for lunch)
Friday: 8:00 to 14:15
