Position: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Remote, EU
Employment Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: Base Salary + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement powerful sales strategies to acquire high-risk clients within gaming and related industries.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term partnerships with decision-makers, ensuring top-tier service and value.


  • Business Development & Networking: Represent the brand at global events to expand business opportunities and increase brand visibility.


  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee every stage of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and client onboarding.


  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, effective service delivery tailored to high-risk clients’ needs.

Requirements:



  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and oral).


  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in sales/business development within high-risk fields such as gaming, betting, or crypto.


  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage complex, high-stakes client relationships.


  • Technical Know-How: Understanding of payment processing and blockchain technology, especially in high-risk sectors.


  • Professional Skills: Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.


  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel globally for client engagements and industry events.
