Your Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the heart of creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to bring innovative, user-friendly interfaces to life.

? Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

? Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

? Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and improve designs.

? Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers to ensure seamless implementation.

? Apply A/B testing and data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.

? Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

? Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.

? Expertise in Figma (or other design tools).

? Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.

? Strong knowledge of A/B testing & data-driven design.

? Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS) is a plus.

? Experience with UX research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).

? Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

? Industry experience in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is a plus.
