OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
* Respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and prevent potential failures.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the proper functioning of facilities.
* Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations.
* Manage the inventory of maintenance tools and materials.
* Coordinate and supervise the work of external suppliers when necessary.
* Perform minor repairs and improvements in hotel rooms and common areas.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Previous experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
* Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance areas.
* Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Organisational and time management skills.
* Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones y equipos del hotel, incluyendo sistemas eléctricos, de fontanería, climatización, y otros.

* Responder rápidamente a las solicitudes de reparación y mantenimiento de los huéspedes y del personal del hotel.
* Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas técnicos de manera eficiente y efectiva.
* Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones para identificar y prevenir posibles fallos.
* Mantener registros precisos de las reparaciones y el mantenimiento realizado.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos del hotel para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
* Gestionar el inventario de herramientas y materiales de mantenimiento.
* Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de proveedores externos en caso necesario.
* Realizar pequeñas reparaciones y mejoras en las habitaciones y áreas comunes del hotel.


REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

* Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de instalaciones, preferiblemente en un entorno hotelero o similar.
* Conocimientos sólidos en electricidad, fontanería, climatización y otras áreas de mantenimiento.
* Habilidad para utilizar herramientas y equipos de mantenimiento.
* Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y diagramas técnicos.
* Habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
* Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
* Actitud responsable, proactiva y orientada al servicio.
