Responsibilities
Planning & Analysis: Develop budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making. Create multi-year business plans.
Management Control: Supervise financial statements, cash flows, and compliance with economic objectives.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for senior management and the board.
Grant Management: Support in justifying and managing subsidies.
Billing: Oversee purchasing and sales invoicing processes.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Finance Master’s) preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles (financial management, business planning, funding, grants, reporting).
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel.
Accounting standards (PGC) and tax regulations.
Ratio analysis and KPI metrics.
Key Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, clear communication, results-oriented mindset.
Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
