- Degree in graphic design, web design, media design, or a comparable field.
- First professional experience in graphic and UI/UX design with responsibility for results.
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- A structured, creative, and independent work style with strong motivation and team spirit.
- Ability to keep a clear head under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
- Ideally, knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent English skills; Spanish, French, Italian or another language would be a plus.
