OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveller. OKU Ibiza is one of the first in OKU’s collection, recently awarded the best hotel in the Balearic Islands by Conde Nast Traveller in 2022, and the 5th best hotel in Spain. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
* In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department by:
* Managing employee documentation: contracts, onboarding records, and other administrative tasks.
* Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate communication.
* Tracking employee schedules, absences, and leave requests.
* Assisting with compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to local labor laws.
* Coordinating training programs and professional development activities.
* Serving as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive work environment.
Requisitos mínimos
* Education: Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR, Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Technology: Proficiency in Excel and HR management software.
* Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the EU.
* Passionate about hospitality and an enthusiastic demeanor, with a desire to represent the OKU philosophy in your professional environment
