What do we expect from you?

* Leading and managing the bar team, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
* Overseeing the selection of beverages and cocktails, working closely with suppliers to ensure a premium and diverse offering.
* Managing stock, ordering, and ensuring cost-effective inventory control.
* Training and developing the bar staff, fostering creativity and expertise in mixology and customer service.
* Ensuring the bar maintains a luxurious yet laidback atmosphere in line with the OKU brand.
* Collaborating with other departments to create unique guest experiences, from signature cocktails to exclusive events.
* Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards within the bar area.
* A high level of English is essential, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Being an organized, motivated person with a team spirit and committed to the OKU project.
* Passion for the world of hospitality, beverages, and customer experience.
* Work permit to work in the EU / Ibiza.
