RESPONSABILITIES OF THE ROLE

* Conduct overnight check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
* Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests throughout the night.
* Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
* Prepare and distribute night audit reports.
* Handle overnight telephone inquiries and reservations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Prepare for the morning shift, ensuring a smooth handover.
* Assist with any guest requests or emergencies that may arise during the night.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, representing the OKU philosophy.
* Previous experience as a Night Receptionist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

* Realizar check-ins y check-outs nocturnos de manera eficiente y precisa.
* Proporcionar un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes, atendiendo consultas y resolviendo problemas de manera rápida y profesional.
* Garantizar la seguridad del hotel y sus huéspedes durante la noche.
* Monitorear las cámaras de seguridad y realizar patrullas regulares de las instalaciones.
* Preparar y distribuir informes de auditoría nocturna.
* Atender consultas telefónicas y reservas nocturnas.
* Mantener registros y documentación precisos.
* Preparar el turno de la mañana, asegurando una transición fluida.
* Asistir con cualquier solicitud de los huéspedes o emergencias que puedan surgir durante la noche.


REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

* Pasión por la hospitalidad y compromiso de proporcionar un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes, representando la filosofía de OKU.
* Experiencia previa como Recepcionista de Noche o en un puesto similar dentro de la industria hotelera.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
* Fluidez en inglés y español (se valoran idiomas adicionales).
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
* Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones.
* Capacidad para mantener la calma y la compostura en situaciones de alta presión.
* Habilidades informáticas básicas y conocimiento de los sistemas de gestión hotelera.
