The AWWG International Internship & Graduate program is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer.
The project!
You will be part of the Design and Sourcing department for Pepe Jeans Menswear, an
amazing team that guarantees that one of our brands has the best product for our male consumers.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of
garment production, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in the dynamic world of design. Join us in ensuring our product not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our male customers, making a lasting impact on the quality and
success of our brand.
What will this role entail?
- Collaborate with design to provide accurate measurements, ensuring
impeccable fit and style for all garments.
- Work with the team to meticulously inspect and advice on construction at all
sample stages, maintaining our brand's commitment to quality and wearability.
- Update technical sheets and folders, recording specifications, and ensuring
accuracy in grade rules, labelling, and fit information.
- Liaise with manufacturers, offering insights on fit issues, and ensuring
international standards are met. Contribute to label approval and review test
reports for compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all styles are production-ready within set
timeframes, aligning seamlessly with buying schedules.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must!
Position requirements:
This program is for you if you are willing to learn, and are trend and design-oriented.- Passion for the world of retail and fashion, with a big interest in trends anddesign.
- Studies in fashion design or similar.

- Advanced English and Spanish are desirable, but not mandatory; any other
languages are a big plus.
- Good use of MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint but also Word;
Adobe tools are a plus!
