Grupo NS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead and oversee DevOps strategies, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Salesforce development, CI/CD technologies, and integration services. A high level of English is essential, as the end client is based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage the DevOps strategy for the Salesforce project, including:

* CI/CD workflow (version control and automated deployments)
* Sandbox management
* Documenting releases and overseeing developer workflows
* Collaborate with QA, Tech Leads, Senior Developers, and Architects to ensure smooth delivery to Salesforce environments
* Create and implement scripts using Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX
* Refine and articulate technical user stories, providing clear technical solutions for project requirements
* Support the Tech Lead by ensuring adherence to best practices, offering mentorship, and conducting code reviews
* Author technical design documents in collaboration with Tech Leads, ensuring design patterns are followed
* Take ownership of the development workflow and communicate it effectively to the development team

Mandatory Skills:

* Proven experience in Salesforce development
* Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies, version control (Git), Salesforce Metadata API, and SFDX
* Extensive knowledge of large-scale system integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming APIs (including Lightning Events), and Metadata APIs
* Exceptional technical documentation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


Additional Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with administrative/support tasks or roles related to Software Engineering, Big Data, BI, and Data Visualization development is highly valued.
