Roporting to the Training Manager, your main tasks will be:
To coordinate Training and Medical Education activities, in collaboration with the Training Manager, the Medical faculty and the local organizations.
Administrative and logistical management of training courses communications, registrations & allocations, logistics, welcome packs, compliance & contracting paperwork, liaison with speakers, training materials, course content legal and regulatory approval.
Support training material management with tracking, maintenance and logistic.
Tracking, preparation and presentation KPI metrics.

Requisitos mínimos
Strong organisational skills to coordinate educational events with a 360° approach.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages would be a plus)..
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and processes, with attention to administrative detail.
A proactive and collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and external faculty.
