Join a Leading Online Casino Gaming Company as a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Support Representative

We are collaborating with a top-tier Online Casino Gaming Company that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative fluent in Dutch/Flemish to join their team in Qormi, Malta.

Position Details:
Location: Hybrid, Qormi, Malta (office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email regarding online marketplace topics with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.


  • Policy Compliance: Follow established communication procedures and guidelines while addressing customer concerns.


  • Decision Making: Evaluate issues and make decisions aligned with company policies and defined guidelines.

Requirements:



  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1 level) with strong English skills (B2 level).


  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions.


  • Reliability: Conscientious, dependable, and detail-oriented.


  • Empathy: Genuine desire to assist customers with a friendly approach.


  • Interest in Technology: Passion for marketplaces, shared economies, and emerging technologies.


  • Experience: Previous experience in customer care, content moderation, or online business is a plus.
