Your Role:
? Provide top-tier support to SMB clients via chat, email, and phone

What We’re Looking For:
? Turkish – Native/fluent (C2), with English proficiency (minimum B2)
At least 6 months experience in customer service
Familiarity with digital advertising is a plus
Computer literacy and comfort using Microsoft Office

Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work rotating shifts, covering a 24/7 operation
Must be eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency
