Your Responsibilities:
Handle sensitive and confidential customer information professionally
Meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency
Solve problems and provide thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
Keep track of KPIs and help your team achieve service goals
Collaborate with your team and adapt to changing workloads and order volumes
Work independently with minimal supervision, delivering accurate and timely results
? What You Bring:
Native/fluent Polish (C2) and fluent English (B2 or higher)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to make decisions independently and accurately
? Proactive problem-solving with a client-first mindset
Enthusiasm for meeting KPIs and performance goals
Familiarity with SAP and back-office tools is a plus (training provided)
Discretion and comfort working in a highly confidential environment
