Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Performance Management
? Partner with leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies and manage full-cycle hiring.
? Oversee performance management, employee development, and talent retention programs.
? Ensure all HR processes align with South Korean labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations & Compliance
? Act as a key contact for employee relations, handling workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
? Ensure compliance with South Korean labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
? Lead initiatives that promote a positive work environment, engagement, and retention.
HR Policy Implementation & Development:
? Establish and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company objectives.
? Conduct regular HR audits and ensure adherence to local employment standards.
? Support leadership in managing organizational changes and employee transitions.
Employee Wellbeing & Cultural Development:
Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive work culture.
Organize team-building activities and engagement programs to boost collaboration.
Support the integration of global and local teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Provide strategic HR insights to management to optimize business performance.
What We’re Looking For:
? 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in South Korea.
? Native/Fluent in Mandarin (C2) and English (B2+), proficiency in Korean is a must.
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Deep understanding of South Korean labor laws, HR regulations, and workplace policies.
? Proven experience managing HR operations for 50+ employees, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
? Strong ability to communicate across multicultural teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
? Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
