We are collaborating with a global BPO leader that delivers outstanding customer support and sales services for top-tier brands. The company is seeking a motivated Spanish-speaking Recruiter to help identify and onboard exceptional talent for their teams in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Position Details:
Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary + performance bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Candidate Attraction: Utilize databases, social media, and job fairs to source high-quality candidates.


• 
  Interviewing: Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to match roles effectively.


• 
  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with managers and departments to align recruitment goals and strategies.


• 
  Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding to integrate new hires successfully into the company.


• 
  Relationship Building: Foster trust and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.


• 
  Data Management: Create, update, and maintain recruitment reports and databases.

Requirements:

• 
  Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with English fluency (B2 level).


• 
  Educational Background: University degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.


• 
  Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing techniques and referral programs.


• 
  Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.


• 
  Soft Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities. Positive attitude and community-focused mindset.
