DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords
Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals
REQUIREMENTS:
Native level of German (C1) with fluency in English
Ability to travel throughout Germany for business
Sales or negotiations experience
Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
Great communication skills
Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
