We’re collaborating with a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success solutions to hire a German-speaking Account Development Representative for their remote team in Ireland. Your Responsibilities
Proactively source and close revenue within your book of business
Educate accounts on the value of work management platforms
Drive outreach via calls and emails to build and manage customer relationships
Expand usage and adoption within client accounts
Stay current on product knowledge using internal and self-guided training
Track and report pipeline activities, forecasts, and sales plans
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
Log all customer engagement in CRM tools
Collaborate internally and externally to share customer sentiment and product feedback
Your Profile
? Fluent in German (C1+), both written and spoken
? 1–2 years’ experience in account development or SaaS sales
Strong time, project management, and organizational skills
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Data-driven mindset with the ability to strategize and adapt
Coachable, flexible, and proactive team player
Previous experience with sales platforms is a plus
