The Video Technician / Pre-Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support for LED display solutions. This position involves a blend of hands-on technical work related to installation and troubleshooting, as well as providing essential technical support to both the internal sales team and external clients and partners.

Tasks:

Provide comprehensive technical support for the installations, setup, and operation of LED displays.

Troubeshoot technical issues related to LED displays and associated systems, including video processors, control systems, ans signal distribution.

Offer on-site and remote technical suport to clients and partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technica inquiries.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical guidance and support during the sales process.

Design and develop technical specifications, and product demonstrations to the sales team, client and partners.

Stay up -to-date with the latest advancements in LED display technology and related systems.

Assist in the testing and quality control of products.

Contribute to the development of training materials and provide technical training to clients and partners as needed.

Document all technical support activities and solutions accurately.

• Qualifications and Experience:
  
  • Proven experience (Typically +2 years) as a Video Technician.LED display Technician . Sales engineer. or similar role within the LED displayor audiovisual industry
  
  
  • Strong technical understanding of LED display technology, including hardware, software, and control systems.
  
  
  • Hands on experience with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of LED displays.
  
  
  • Familiarity with video processing, signal distribution, and related AV equipment.
  
  
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficienctly.
  
  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability explain technical concept s clearly to both technical and non -technical audiences.
  
  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  
  
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spain and other languages is a plus.
  
  
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or training across EMEA region.
