The Accounts Receivable Global Process Team is the point of contact for all the technical AR topics in the company. Through close cooperation with Accounts Receivable and Automation Team of the Service Center, the GPE analyzes and measures the AR processes in place and seeks their viability and the implementation of improvements and optimization. We are now looking for a new joiner with experience in Accounts Receivable, Process Design and in international teams.
• Working independently and proactive within the scope of projects and new topics
• Internationally harmonization of Accounts Receivable processes
• Supporting the AR process owner in the definition of standards and ensuring cross-product and cross-functional end-to-end finance processes
• Interface between finance and product organization
• Validation of dependencies on AR processes due to new business models
• Creation and updating of process documentation and training documents
• Coordination and supporting the country onboarding process
• Preparation of presentations as well as organizing and moderating meetings and international workshops
• Competent contact person for functional departments and country headquarters as well as divisions within the GBS organization
• Completed degree with focus on finance or a completed commercial education
• Understanding of trading processes - ideally in the accounts receivable area
• Practical experience in project and process management
• Deep understanding of accounting processes
• Intercultural competence, team spirit, process and entrepreneurial thinking
• Pleasure in new challenges, quick comprehension, interest in technical and processual system interfaces
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Very well knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel - also internationally
