YOUR TASKS

  • Central recording of incoming inquiries from Media Markt and Saturn Germany, Austria, Switzerland and administrative locations as well as our external business partners and customers in the ticket tool
  • Professional technical response to incoming inquiries in accounting for the areas of cash register/customer, costs, conditions/commissions and goods
  • Recognition and placement of process weaknesses
  • Contact person for suppliers as well as the back office for clarification cases in the area of finance

WHAT DO YOU NEED

  • Basic understanding of financial -  accounting principles and concepts.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Fluent German is mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-management
  • Willingness to learn
