Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Development:
  
• Coordinate and oversee employee training programs.
  
• Manage training grants and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  
• Health and Safety (HSE):
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, working closely with external prevention services.
  
• Oversee risk assessments, emergency protocols, and HSE audits.
  
• Employee Engagement and Well-being:
  
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Drive wellness programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  
• HR Policy and Compliance:
  
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies, including diversity and equality initiatives.
  
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  
• Recruitment and Talent Management:
  
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to fill critical roles.
  
• Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
  
• HR Administration and Tools:
  
• Oversee HR systems, including attendance and payroll tools, ensuring functionality and accuracy.
  
• Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  
• Familiarity with training grant management and health and safety regulations.
  
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  
• Advanced skills in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
