Join an English, Educational, and Transformative Project!
The Pere Tarrés Foundation is looking for leisure activity leaders (monitors) with strong English skills to join our summer camp team, working with children and young people. We are seeking dynamic, motivated individuals ready to embark on an intense, educational, and enriching experience in the heart of nature.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and lead leisure activities focused on english, teamwork, and community living.
Supervise and guide a group of children throughout the camp.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and active participation of all participants.
Educate through values using physical activity and experiential learning.
Participate in team meetings and coordinate with fellow monitors.
Evaluate activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the programme.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with leadership skills, empathy, and a high level of English, capable of using the language as an educational and inclusive tool. Experience working with children and young people, along with a strong social commitment, is essential.
What We Offer:
Camp Dates: From 29/06 to 04/07
Duration: 6-day camps (overnight stay included)
Contract Type: Permanent seasonal contract (fixed-discontinuous)
Workload: Full-time
Locations: Various sites across Catalonia

Requirements:
Official certification as a leisure activity leader (monitor/a de lleure)
Previous experience in camps or leisure activities
Native-level English proficiency
Full availability from 29/06 to 04/07
Valid negative sexual offences certificate
