Shared Service Center providing Global Service.
This role is a member of the Global Network team.
Network Delivery: Working on projects to deliver new technologies that bring value to the business and initiatives to evolve our current platforms.
Network Operations: Managing business-as-usual activities including handing level 2 network/telephony requests and incidents, coordinating network setup as part of office moves and collaborating with other business technology teams to support the business.

Hands-on experience with new technologies.
Requisitos mínimos
Experience in supporting routing & switching, internet security, network security (firewall).
Experience with monitoring tools, cloud, SD-WAN, and/or telephony will be added advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, team player, process minded with continuous improvement mindset.
Good time management to balance work between operational support and solution delivery.
