O2C Purchase Order Management Team Leader will be responsible for:

Position Purpose:

Client needs around Billing and Collections in the O2C space are rapidly evolving. With more and more clients expecting a tailored approach and clients shifting part of the administrative process to the supplier, there is an increased need for a specific and structured approach to answer those client expectations. To support the broader O2C organization on these client expectations, you will lead a team of O2C Specialists responsible for Non-Standard processes in the O2C organization (I.e. Collecting Purchase order)

Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Temp & Non standard, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Organize the daily workload and tasks of the team to make sure roles and responsibilities are executed in line with SLA's, client requirements and business priorities


• Maintain a strong relationship with the different O2C teams your team is supporting


• Point of contact for Finance Business Partners on O2C Accounting processes


• Preparation and validation of the KPIs


• First level escalation for any issues raised by team members


• Participate in the improvement processes to increase team efficiency.


• Close collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Finance Directors


• Other ad-hoc accounting activities
