We expect you to have 5+ years of experience in data engineering and at least 2 years in a senior role with technical leadership responsibility. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex challenges.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience building data pipelines using Spark


• Excellent programming skills in Scala or Java (Python is a plus)


• Deep understanding of AWS Cloud services and infrastructure


• Hands-on experience with streaming frameworks (e.g. Flink, Lambda)


• Familiarity with data modeling, versioning, and orchestration tools


• Track record of mentoring and influencing architecture

Nice to have:

• Infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience


• Focus on developer experience and platform scalability


• Contributions to open-source or internal engineering communities


• Experience with Databricks is a major advantage
