Oversee supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and handle purchasing to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and track materials to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and proper documentation.
Optimize ERP and MES systems to enhance inventory tracking, work orders, and material flows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and delivery performance.
Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve operational performance.
Oversee logistics-related office functions, including purchase order processing, contractor setup, and supplier agreement reviews.

Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the biomedical or pharmaceutical industry.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MES software for production and inventory tracking.
Experience in shipping & receiving, including international logistics and compliance.
