We are partnering with an award-winning liquidity & technology solutions company looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales in the FX, crypto, metals, energy, and indices sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts
Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high-value deals
Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
Represent the company at global industry events, engaging with key decision-makers
Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
Monitor market trends & regulatory changes, refining sales strategies accordingly
Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)
? Requirements:
? Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
? 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions
? Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
? Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)
? Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
? Exceptional sales, negotiation & closing skills
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
? Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce, etc.)
