What do we expect from you?

* Supervising the design and planning of our SPA menu, including both traditional therapies and the creation of EXPERIENCES based on holistic therapies.
* Coordinating and supporting the team of therapists, ensuring the correct allocation of tasks and shifts, as well as monitoring the work agenda.
* Overseeing the management of stock, materials, products, and orders necessary for the smooth running of the department.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the department by proposing ideas and collaborating in process optimization.
* Having previous experience as a SPA therapist and understanding and sharing the benefits of holistic therapies with both clients and the team.
* Collaborating in the development of new initiatives to enhance the SPA offerings.
* A high level of English is essential, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the SPA sector.
* Being an organized, motivated person with a team spirit and committed to the OKU project.
* Enjoying and being passionate about your work.
* Work permit to work in the EU / Ibiza.
