At OmniAccess we arefor a proactive and detail-oriented HR Compliance & People Specialist to join our growing HR team in Palma de Mallorca. This role is ideal for someone passionate about labor law, employee relations, ethical frameworks, and compliance and the ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience working with these topics and will bring a hands-on attitude to support other HR areas in a growing company. This is an on-site position in Palma and offers a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Compliance, Employee Relations & Ethics (Main Focus):
- Act as the primary owner and internal expert for labor law and HR compliance, ensuring alignment between Spanish labor legislation, collective agreements, internal policies, and business operations.
- Proactively identify legal risks and ensure all HR practices meet regulatory standards while supporting operational agility and business objectives.
- Lead and prepare for labor inspections, manage documentation, and coordinate with legal advisors where needed.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, formal grievances, and terminations, ensuring fairness, legal consistency, and business continuity in collaboration with the HR Manager and legal advisors.
- Oversee and evolve the Code of Ethics and Whistleblower Policy process and reporting channel.
- Draft, revise, and communicate HR policies and internal procedures ensuring that are compliant with applicable legislation, operationally viable, and aligned with company culture and strategic priorities.
- Ensure proper implementation and tracking of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including the execution and legal compliance of the company’s Equity Plan.
- Administer public training subsidies (FUNDAE)
- Lead and ensure compliance with mandatory occupational risk prevention (PRL), follow up activities and training in coordination with external partners and Training Department.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Employer branding and EVP
- Work in liaison with the other cross-functional HR areas, Departments and Marketing to drive initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Analyse hiring KPIs and propose improvements to attract top talent and keep the company on top of the market
- Work closely with HR colleagues and leaders to strengthen company culture and drive continuous improvement.
* Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes, documentation, and system registrations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize employee lifecycle touchpoints.
* HR Support as People Specialist:
- Support core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications.
- Provide support to HR projects such as internal surveys, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the People Ops & Payroll Lead and Performance, Dev. & People Specialist to ensure accurate recordkeeping and local compliance.
- Provide support to HR operations such as employee benefits management, compliance, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Requisitos mínimos
Skills & qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or generalist roles with a strong legal focus.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in labor relations, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
•Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; other European languages are a plus.
• Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Spanish labor law, workplace safety (PRL), disciplinary procedures, and employee rights.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality at all times.
