Your Mission





We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing Information Security projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, IT architects, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

This position will be based in the OmniAccess’ head office in Palma de Mallorca.




Main Tasks



* Planning, executing, and closing Information Security IT projects according to predetermined timelines and budget constraints.

* Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

* Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project success.

* Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.

* Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

* Managing project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to optimize project profitability.

* Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

* Tracking and reporting project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.

* Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

* Continuously improving project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Professional skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

* Master’s degree (optional but preferred) in Cybersecurity, Project Management, or MBA with a tech/security focus.
* 4+ years proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of Information Security processes, security principles, network security, risk management, incident response. and project management principles.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or COBIT
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
