OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain, and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide over the next five years.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
* Receive and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional greeting, especially during late arrivals.
* Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling throughout the night.
* Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services, and ensuring a quiet passage.
* Provide information about hotel facilities, local services, and tourist attractions, including available night-time options.
* Attend to guest requests promptly, such as delivering messages or miscellaneous items, with efficiency and discretion during quiet hours.
* Manage valet parking service, if applicable, ensuring safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles throughout the night.
* Maintain the hotel entrance area clean and organized, paying special attention to cleanliness and presentation during the less busy hours.
* Collaborate seamlessly with other night-shift hotel departments (e.g., Night Audit, Security, Room Service) to ensure a perfect guest experience.
* Assist with guest departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for early check-outs.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a quieter, sometimes solitary, night-time environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities.
* Fluency in English or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
* Valid driver's license.
* Availability and willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
* Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes a su llegada, ofreciendo un saludo cálido y profesional, especialmente durante las llegadas tardías.
* Ayudar a los huéspedes con su equipaje, asegurando un manejo seguro y eficiente durante toda la noche.
* Acompañar a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones, explicando los servicios y comodidades del hotel, y asegurando un paso tranquilo.
* Proporcionar información sobre las instalaciones del hotel, servicios locales y atracciones turísticas, incluyendo las opciones disponibles durante la noche.
* Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes con prontitud y discreción durante las horas de menor actividad.
* Gestionar el servicio de aparcacoches, asegurando el estacionamiento y la recuperación segura de los vehículos de los huéspedes durante toda la noche.
* Mantener la zona de entrada del hotel limpia y organizada, prestando especial atención a la limpieza y presentación durante las horas menos concurridas.
