OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain, and the Maldives. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

* Provide personalized and high-quality holistic spa treatments tailored to the individual needs of guests.
* Perform therapeutic massages, facials and body treatments, and other holistic therapies with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their comfort and well-being during treatments.
* Advise guests on the benefits of holistic treatments and recommend wellness products and practices.
* Maintain the treatment room clean, organized, and stocked with necessary products and equipment.
* Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in holistic therapies.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Passion for holistic wellness and customer service, representing the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.
* Certification in holistic therapies, therapeutic massages, or spa treatments.
* Minimum 1 years of experience as a Holistic Spa Therapist in high-end establishments, preferably in luxury hotels or renowned spas.
* In-depth knowledge of massage techniques, facials and body treatments, and other holistic therapies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
* Fluency in English and/or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).


COMPETENCIES

* Excellent organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
* Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.


TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

* Knowledge of holistic spa products and techniques.
* Experience in creating personalized treatments.
* Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in handling spa products.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

* Proporcionar tratamientos de spa holísticos personalizados y de alta calidad, adaptados a las necesidades individuales de los huéspedes.
* Realizar masajes terapéuticos, tratamientos faciales y corporales, y otras terapias holísticas con profesionalismo y atención al detalle.
* Crear un ambiente relajante y acogedor para los huéspedes, asegurando su comodidad y bienestar durante los tratamientos.
* Asesorar a los huéspedes sobre los beneficios de los tratamientos holísticos y recomendar productos y prácticas de bienestar.
* Mantener la sala de tratamiento limpia, organizada y abastecida con los productos y equipos necesarios.
* Colaborar con el equipo del spa para asegurar un servicio fluido y eficiente.
* Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y técnicas en terapias holísticas.


REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

* Pasión por el bienestar holístico y el servicio al cliente, representando la filosofía OKU en su entorno profesional.
* Certificación en terapias holísticas, masajes terapéuticos o tratamientos de spa.
* Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Terapeuta Holística de Spa en establecimientos de alta gama, preferiblemente en hoteles de lujo o spas de renombre.
* Conocimiento profundo de técnicas de masaje, tratamientos faciales y corporales, y otras terapias holísticas.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con un enfoque centrado en las personas.
* Dominio de inglés y español (otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente).
